Since we have email addresses of approximately 260 out of the 313 residents, we have saved money by sending the newsletter out in a .pdf format. The remaining 50+ residents are receiving a B/W copy of the newsletter in the mail.
The newsletters might be easier to read if you zoom in the magnification to 125% or print out the document.
