Corporal Jason Thompson, has been a Baton Rouge Police Officer since 1999 and has been part of our security detail since 2000.  He drives a marked silver Dodge Nitro and is assigned to Narcotic out of the DEA's office on North Acadian.
Bryan Thompson, Jason's brother, has been an officer since 2004, and has worked in LSA since 2006.  Bryan drives an unmarked black Chevy Impala and is a Detective for the Sex Crimes Division based on Mayflower Street.
Officer Dan Iverson, drives a marked white Chevy Impala  and he's been an Officer since 2006, and helping in LSA since 2007.  He works out of the 4th District Office in Scotlandville
Officer Jarod Averette has been an Officer since 2003 and has been helping in LSA since 2007.  Jarod drives a marked white Dodge Charger and works out of the DEA's office on North Acadian.  He is assigned to the CG-DIDTA, which stands for the Gulf Coast - High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area.  He works with a Belguim Mainois drug dog named Zaya.
